The project was the head office for the Walker Corporation, the developer of the Rhodes Waterside development. The works comprised lift lobby finishes, reception area, boardroom, meeting rooms, executive offices, kitchens, workstations, comms room and breakout area. Timber veneers and stone were used extensively throughout the fitout, and the works were fast tracked completed in 6 weeks due to lease expiry deadlines.
