Interior2 delivered a two-floor fitout for the global investment research firm Morningstar Research, creating a modern, functional, and visually striking workspace in Australia Square. The design incorporated open plan workstation areas across the two floors, dedicated meeting and training rooms, a welcoming reception, breakout zones, and support utilities, all configured to maximise efficiency and collaboration across the circular office space.

A custom steel framed inter-tenancy staircase was installed to seamlessly connect the two levels, providing both a functional circulation route and a strong architectural feature. The reception area was highlighted by in-situ terrazzo flooring, introducing a sense of permanence and sophistication while reinforcing the office’s premium aesthetic.

Reflecting the building’s circular form, walls and bespoke joinery were designed with curved and faceted geometries, creating fluid circulation paths and a unique spatial experience. High quality workstations, lighting, and furniture were imported from Europe, further elevating the fitout with contemporary design and ergonomic functionality.

The result is a distinctive, globally informed workplace that combines striking architectural elements with practical operational zones, supporting Morningstar Research’s dynamic teams while reflecting its international brand identity.
