Global sports organisation Ironman, renowned for its long distance triathlon events, required a rapid relocation to new office premises with an accelerated construction programme of just five weeks to meet their target move in date at the end of January. The project faced additional challenges due to a late construction start in early December, immediately preceding the holiday period.

Interior2 worked closely with subcontractors and trade partners to manage the compressed schedule, carefully sequencing all activities and optimising resources. Through meticulous planning, proactive communication, and diligent on-site supervision, the team successfully delivered the fitout a full week ahead of schedule.

The refurbishment created a modern and highly functional workspace, incorporating new kitchen facilities, a breakout area, a boardroom, multiple meeting rooms, quiet zones, and open-plan workstations. Each element was designed to enhance productivity, foster collaboration, and support the fast-paced, dynamic operational needs of Ironman’s team.
