Interior2 partnered with leading economic consulting firm HoustonKemp to revitalise and expand their existing workplace, creating a refined and highly functional environment that supports both collaboration and future growth.

A key component of the project involved the demolition of an adjoining tenancy, enabling the consolidation of the premises into a single, expansive floorplate. This transformation unlocked exceptional panoramic views, with sweeping vistas across Sydney Harbour to the east, the vibrant city skyline to the north, and the distant Blue Mountains to the west. The design carefully capitalised on these outlooks, enhancing natural light penetration and creating a strong visual connection to the surrounding landscape.

The fitout delivered a series of contemporary spaces tailored to modern workplace needs. These included a new kitchen and break out area designed as a central gathering point, collaboration spaces to encourage informal interaction, and an expanded boardroom complemented by a suite of meeting rooms equipped with video conferencing technology. Existing workstations and office areas were also thoughtfully refreshed, ensuring consistency in design language and elevating the overall user experience.

Completed to a high standard, the project successfully balances aesthetics and functionality, resulting in a sophisticated, light filled workplace that reflects HoustonKemp’s professional identity while providing a flexible and future ready environment.
