Copyright Agency / Viscopy, a not for profit rights management organisation, engaged Interior2 to undertake the construction of their new head office. The fit-out consisted of 1800 sqm of new office space over 2 floors at 66 Goulburn St, Sydney. Interior2 was engaged early in the design phase to provide cost planning and value management input to ensure the project finished on time and to a tight budget. The works comprised the construction of a new reception / waiting area, kitchen and breakout area, video conferencing rooms and an open plan general office area.
