Interior2 was successful in winning a tender for the construction of the two floor fit-out for BT Investment Management. The works were undertaken in two stages in occupied premises. One of the main risks in the project was keeping a PABX room servicing a large Westpac call centre operational during construction. Despite being located in the middle or the work area, risk management plans, regular meetings and diligent supervision ensured there was no disruption to these services.
