The office area comprises a reception area, breakout and kitchen area, comms room, executive offices, meeting rooms, utilities area and workstations. The workshop area comprises a structural steel mezzanine, specialist laboratory water services and fittings, and training areas. Services and structural design were completed by Interior2.
