PROJECT DETAILS

The project comprised the construction of a 69 person child care centre at the new Rhodes Waterside shopping complex. The works included indoor and outdoor play areas, toilets, nappy change facilities as well as catering and administration areas all above an operating Reading Cinema complex. Detailed planning and co-ordination ensured the project programme was maintained, despite the Christmas break, and a substantial increase in the original scope of works.
